Goals of Personal Advancement Course

• Educational Goals

  To foster students as global human resources leaders who have the ability to continue to learn according to their aptitude and humanity in line with the Seven articles of School Life Philosophy, and who demonstrate servant leadership in their communities.

• Career Guidance Goal

  For students who wish to enter a public or private university, mainly through the general, comprehensive or school recommended selection applications.

Four points of Personal Advancement Course

1. Improve on your English skills while having an enriched high school life

   The Personal Advancement Course is designed for students who wish to improve on their English skills and continues their education at an university level while still having an enriched high school life.

2. All students receives an iPad

   All future students of our school in this course will be provided with a cellular iPad, enabling them to study anytime, anywhere.

3. Well-organized lecture classes according to students’ levels of proficiencies

   In the first year, students are placed in lecture classes according to their levels of proficiencies in English and mathematics. In English classes, students are given four skills training to improve their English on an individual basis.

4. Class organization according to the course from the second year

   In the second year, students are divided into classes for arts and sciences. (basic and advanced)

Classes with the iPad

As notebooks, for study revision… the iPad is a great help!

The iPad is a great substitute for notes in regular classes. The app (MetaMoJi ClassRoom) is used in conjunction with it to help the teacher share and distribute class materials and assignments. We also have a special selection of classes to study in, and this is a great tool for revision before tests.

Balancing study and club activities

The class has a high level of academic awareness and works hard at both study and sport!

I am in a special selection class and I am working hard to combine my studies with the volleyball club. The class is full of highly motivated people, which is very stimulating. We also prepare and review during break time. Part of the classroom is used as a study space so that students can concentrate on their studies.
